Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a charge equal to 50% of the total scheduled service. The same applies to no-call/no-shows. After 2 no-call/no-shows booking requests will be declined.
RESCHEDULED appointments within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the total scheduled service. The charge will be put towards the rescheduled appointment of identical service(s).
CHANGES to a scheduled service within 24 hours of an appointment are subject to a 25% cancelled service fee. (I.e. you are scheduled for a color and cut, but decide to just do the cut.)
